Now more than ever we want our children to grow up independent, healthy, physically fit, and with high self esteem. Our Youth Programs provide that unique formula lacking in many other youth activities. Lil Champs teaches the fundamentals of Boxing (stance, punches, defense, footwork, etc.) in a way children can relate to and embrace. There is nothing better than seeing the smile on a child's face when they have mastered a new skill.

This is one our newer youth classes that focuses on conditioning young athletes! They will learn and use basic boxing techniques that are incorporated in the class. They will learn how to perform specific exercises to bettering their overall fitness level. They will also train every muscle in their body to get maximum results. They will train like a world champion to become future world champions in and out the ring!

Our youth boxing programs begins in the 101 & 102 classes. This is where they learn the fundamentals: boxing stance, offense, defense, footwork, & work ethic.

At Cali Boxing & Fitness we think differently than other gyms in regard to fitness.
There is not only one way of working out, which is why we offer the variety of classes that we do.
Cardio is not the only method to weight loss.
The equipment required for the cardio classes are simple: heavy bags, gloves, mitts, timer, music and friends.
You'll get a workout that doesn't miss a spot: a 1,000-calories-an-hour cardio bomb, the ultimate body toner.
The concept is unique in that it teaches basic boxing/kickboxing techniques at an intense pace while offering a full-body workout.

Cali Boxing & Fitness has been a staple in the East Side community of San Jose for over a decade.
Where we strive to provide the ultimate fitness experience utilizing all components of boxing, kickboxing, & fitness.
All of our classes are one hour in duration and you can burn up to 800-1000 calories per class!
They cater to all fitness and skill levels.
Each class focuses on a full body workout as well as learning proper form and technique.
As stated in your membership agreement, you have the option to put your automatically recurring monthly membership on hold for any reason.

We understand things come up and we'd like to do what we can to help.
2. Membership hold requests must be submitted no less than 5 business days before your forthcoming scheduled renewal date.
Membership hold requests received later cannot be processed until after the forthcoming scheduled renewal payment.
If you decide to reactivate your membership in the future (and we hope you do) membership rates in effect at the time of reactivation will be applicable as membership rates are subject to change.
2. If you would like to put your membership on hold instead of canceling, you can submit a Membership Hold Request for a 30, 60 or 90 day period.
Note that if you have a scheduled renewal payment within this 30-day period, the payment will be processed as scheduled.
All payments are non-refundable.
4. Agreements are auto renewed unless the MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION FORM is submitted to us at least 30 days prior to your scheduled auto renewal.
