Iron Mile Fitness is more than what we do, it's a part of who we are. For that reason it is important to all of us that everyone gives their best regardless of experience or fitness level. The coaches are friendly, but also firm enough to make sure proper form is being used; even if it's just with an empty barbell. The design of our program is to create physically stronger people, with even stronger minds.

We promise to offer talented coaches, clean gym, and a program that will make you a better version of yourself every day. Iron Mile Fitness is dedicated to helping you reach your fitness goals. We promise to always challenge you so that you never get bored and to create a community that will encourage and motivate you. The "Iron Mile" is a workout that is a 1 Mile Yolk Carry (275 / 185) where everytime you drop it, it's 3 Burpees over the yoke.

A workout that is not for the faint of heart! We believe Iron Mile Fitness provides a platform to empower individuals to conquer the seemingly impossible.

IM60 is our 60-minute class.
IM60 is high-intensity training at it's finest.
Workouts combine a variety of functional movements - everything from cardio and gymnastics to powerlifting and Olympic lifting.
Every day brings something new, so get ready to get after it!
Build strength without the interference of heavy conditioning.
IMBuild is a 45-60 Minute class that incorporates power lifting, olympic lifting and accessory work to build your body!
Row 250 m then with remainder of 2 min as many 50' bear hug carries as possible.
At the two minute mark drop the ball, rest for the minute, row, and then go back and pick up where you left off.
15 min of hip and low back mobility.
A massage doesn't count, a glass of wine doesn't count, you gotta mash, roll out, and mobilize that tissue.

We do suggest you start with our Lite classes, they are tailored to help you master skill movements, as well as get used to the programming.
