We are not just a fitness facility. We are a team of passionate and committed coaches who are ready to help you reach your goals! We train a wide variety of people of all ages and levels of fitness. We are not specialists. Our mission is to provide you with the BEST and most efficient fitness training. Our focus is educating our clients about correct movement patters.

We want you to have fun training with us, and we also want to keep you safe! Experienced, knowledgeable and passioned. Led by CF-L4 Jeff & Maggie Tincher, our staff is committed to YOU! Whatever your fitness goals are, our staff is here to help you reach them. When you join CrossFit Reston you become part of our amazing and unique CrossFit community.

Everyone knows one another. Everyone supports each other. Encouragement, motivation, inspiration and friendships. This doesn't happen in regular gyms! During your first class one of our coaches will be there beside you the entire time to guide you through the class as you get used to how things work - class flow, the movements, and how you can make CrossFit fit your goals from class to class.

SMALL GROUP ON BOARDING CLASS - Our On Boarding class meets every other Saturdays at 11:30am.
If you are new to the area or are looking for a new home gym, and have done CrossFit for at least 2 months; check us out.

We are not specialists.
Our fitness program focuses on functional exercises, athletic conditioning, kettlebell training, Olympic and power lifting, gymnastics, plyometrics, rowing, running and jumping rope.
We strive to make fitness fun for our kids.
Every session includes a warm-up, focus work on a basic athletic movement and or gymnastics skill, a short Workout of the Day, and most importantly (for our younger ones), a game.
Our Corporate Wellness programs are the answer to making your company a healthier, happier and more productive place.
Our programs are tailored to meet your organizations' specific needs.
Our aim is to help weightlifters of all abilities achieve their goals, be they in training, competition or in support of their Crossfit performance.
Our CrossFit Teens Program is designed to take youth athletes to the next level by teaching proper mechanics, techniques, nutrition and flexibility.
This is a great general strength & conditioning program for both off-season and in-season training for young athletes.
The class is capped at 15 teens.
If the class is full, your teen will be put on a wait list.

CrossFit Teens is not simply a scaled down version of CrossFit, it is entirely absolutely CrossFit geared and designed for a special population and the specific developmental needs of that population (nuerological, cognitive, motor).
Nutrition is a critical component to all of our athletes achieving the best results, but also improved overall health and wellness.
Many of you have heard the phrase, "abs are made in the kitchen", but Nutrition is the very foundation of CrossFit's program and every athlete's success.
It is the molecular building block of any program you might be doing.
Periodically we hold nutrition challenges for our athletes to dip their toe into getting better results out of their efforts in the gym by exploring nutritional adjustments.
