MBI is an acronym that stands for mind and body integration. It's a perspective, belief, and practice that dedication-mentally, physically, and spiritually combined-is needed for self-improvement. The biggest detriment to the health industry is that there's currently no connection between the mind and body. Exercise is proven to help with stress, aggression, critical thinking, motivation, and physical and mental wellness.

With a focused and mindful approach, fitness can become more than just exercise, but a wholesome commitment to self-betterment. By using this approach in our personal training, individuals will find that their physical results will end up translating into greater mental fortitude outside of the gym. Every client receives an in-depth fitness assessment in order to create the safest and most effective exercise programs.

In-person training services include a free gym membership to East Coast Health & Fitness in State College, Pa. The MBI Fitness team is compromised of incredibly knowledgeable and caring health professionals.

There are an infinite number of ways to swing a golf club, but there's one efficient way and that's based on what the person can physically do!
We use 2 TPI screens, which will give comparative statistics to the average players on the PGA tour, including mobility, stability, power, strength, and speed.
All golf performance clients receive a free gym membership to East Coast Health & Fitness.
MBI Fitness offers joint mobility programs by certified Functional Range Conditioning (FRC) and Kinstretch Instructors.
They are movement enhancement systems that develops maximum body control, flexibility and USABLE ranges of motion.
Mobility can be implemented in conjunction with all other personal training services and are easily done at home or in a gym.
Adam Goldberg has created personalized programs that have helped me gain my confidence back, I use to model for A&F and as I grew older I lost that perfect jawline and washboard abs, so I googled personal trainers and Adam was at the top of the list and the minute we met we became bro's, we've been working on my problems for over 6 months now and the results are phenomenal, if anyone wants a great trainer with personalized work out programs and step by step tutorials, he even manages what I eat!
