This is my personal fitness story. I hope it is an inspiration to you, the hope you need to know it's never too late to begin your fitness journey and you do not have to give up living your life to do it. I have always had an interest in fitness, even growing up as a teen I remember doing Tae Boe with Billy Blanks in my basement.
Through college I was not as active, I took a volleyball course one semester and joined the community college's fitness center, but I honestly had no clue what I was doing and typically hoped on the elliptical or treadmill for 30-45 minutes a few times a week.During college I also picked up horrible eating habits. I would literally go to Wendy's 1-2 times a day and get their home style chicken sandwich with a large Dr. Pepper and fries.
At the time, I was young and my metabolism was able to keep up. That quickly changed my senior year of college. I remember putting on some of my favorite jeans one morning and I couldn't get them to zip! I was mortified. This was the beginning of my wake up call.
