I've competed in sports most of my life, excelling at baseball, football, wrestling, and track while in high school.
I have my ANSI CrossFit Level 1 Trainer Certificate and I currently compete as a CrossFit athlete and coach part-time for CrossFit MOB.
I also competed in track as a college sprinter for the University of Colorado as a walk-on and open athlete from 2002-2005.
I am a USATF Level 1 coach and I have competed and continue to compete in USATF sanctioned track meets since graduating college.
