I wanted to provide a personal training experience for my clients so I started NORTH FITNESS and I now have the freedom to train the way I believe is the best for my clients. Whether you are looking for an individual session, small group, self defense, in home or sport specific training I can help you set and reach your fitness goals while avoiding injuries and understanding how to listen to your body.
As a healthcare professional I have a background in sports/physical therapy. I believe each one of my clients deserve a personal and unique touch that makes them feel cared for. These relationships that I create also helps them trust me and believe in themselves. We work as a tem together to pick up on the little changes in health and able to adjust the training accordingly.
I stay on top of current trends in scientifically proven research and new training regimens. My love for physical fitness, exercise science and sports medicine has taken me through some wonderful experiences. I have worked with people from high school athletes, outpatient rehabilitation clinics, clinical research facilities, to college and professional athletes.
