Ninja Team is for athletes that want to train & compete in UNAA, FINA, and Local ninja events for kids and adults ages 7 and up!
Our team consists of 2 to 3 practices per week with elite Ninja Coaches and fitness coaches.
It will also include diet education.

This class focuses on using the methods of both Functional Fitness and Bodybuilding to help you attain the physique you have always wanted while teaching you to move like an athlete!

Suzanne Himka is a Certified Ninja Coach, Strength & Conditioning Coach and Registered Dietitian.
She has a passion for teaching people how to conquer obstacles both on and off the course.
She has competed and won on "American Gladiators" and recently won OCR World Championsips and the title of Top Ten Strongest Female Ninjas in the World for her age group.
Suzanne enjoys coaching the ninja classes & competitive team at Lost Island Warrior.

Closed toed shoes with a snug fit, and lots of grip are a must if you plan on conquering the course.
No outside food or drinks (other than water) permitted in the facility (no coolers or lunch boxes).
No one under the age of 15 is allowed in the facility without DIRECT SUPERVISION of a Parent or guardian supervision Guardians are liable for participants on or off the premises.
The Summit Gym and Weight Room (Members Only): Must be a member and at least 16 year of age, or accompanied by a Parent/Guardian at all times.
