We strive to build community here at Fitness 24-7 through programs like our Weightloss Club and our Run Club that meets several times a week. Through these small groups, we encourage and build each other up. You're not alone through any challenge you face. We also reach out beyond these walls to our surrounding communities. We donate and participate in charity events like the K5K: A Run For Kendra and the Crisis Pregnancy Center of Tidewater.

Small group training combines the benefits of personal training while gaining support from those around you.
HIGH INTENSITY INTERVAL TRAINING is a workout with each exercise arranged and performed as short bursts of very hard work.
The whole point of high-intensity training is to pickup the intensity of your heart rate.
In order to qualify as true HIIT you'll need to push yourself to the max during every set.
That's why each exercise is short.
Build cardiovascular endurance and burn calories in this multi-level 30-60 minute class great for all ages and fitness levels.
Members are instructed to use tension, cadence (speed), and bike position to guide themselves through exercises targeting various muscle groups.
