Services
This is where it all begins.
In our introductory pole class, you will begin to build the strength, stamina, grace, and flexibility that is associated with pole dancing.
You will focus on basic spins, floor work, and smooth transitions in this confidence-building class.
Whether you've never taken a pole class before or you're an experienced dancer who wants to brush up on the basics, you are welcome to reserve a spot in our Poles 1 class.

We have over 25 different exercise and dance classes designed to improve your cardio and aerobic levels, build strength, and tone you all over.
Some classes give you a whole-body workout, while others target specific areas.
Several classes complement our Pole Class training to increase your flexibility, balance, grace, and strength.
All classes are choreographed or set to a wide variety of fun music, and each class carries that unique Twisted Fitness stamp that celebrates the way women move, giving us all that Hotgirl confidence!
There are so many ways to Twist your Fitness that we had to find a way to offer them all!
So we often hold special Workshops that introduce you to new workout techniques, host guest pole instructors, or teach you specialized dance moves once performed by Rio herself.
We also offer Private Pole Training for anyone who wants a little one-on-one time with any of our pros to sharpen their pole skills.
And of course, we have our popular Routine of the Month - a class you will only find at Twisted Fitness! Between our Pole Classes, Fitness Classes, Parties, and Specialty Classes, you're sure to find something to love at our Studio!

And don't fret if you are Military and going on deployment - let us know and we can arrange to freeze your Membership for the duration of your deployment.
