My love of fitness and training developed when I began playing tennis in Middle School and continued through my years at Old Dominion University and beyond. My undergraduate degree in Education from ODU has helped me in my work as a Certified Personal Trainer, Fitness Nutrition Specialist, Senior Fitness Specialist, Youth Fitness Specialist, IMPACT group fitness trainer, and as a Life Style and Weight Management Specialist.

Being of Greek descent, I bring extensive knowledge of the Mediterranean Diet. In addition, I live a gluten free, dairy free lifestyle and love to share my experiences with others. A rewarding pastime of mine is converting favorite recipes into healthy meals and desserts. Who wants to give up dessert, right? Our greatest asset is the ability to remake ourselves and I have found that the IMPACT group fitness program is one of the fastest ways to accomplish this.

I always feel honored to be a part of my clients' growth and discovery on their journeys to both physical and mental improvement.
Services
IMPACT is your one month fitness and lifestyle program designed to get you fit or fitter fast!
IMPACT incorporates all of the advanced training principles used by the fittest athletes and fitness models and modifies it into a fun and productive group workout you can enjoy and see quick results from.
The workouts are 3 days per week for 55 minutes.
Each workout includes a 5 minute warm up to get your energy up, your blood pumping and prepare you for what's to come.
Next is a 10 minute speed, agility and quickness segment referred to as SAQ.

Combined with your fitness program, this lifestyle change of healthy eating could get you looking and feeling better than you ever have.

Impact Bootcamp is a challenging group training workout that is designed to melt away inches, tone your body, and alleviate boredom most people experience with traditional gym routines.
Our workouts and nutritional guidance will drastically reduce the amount of time it takes you to reach your fitness goals.
What if I am not in good enough shape to participate?
Your coach is an experienced fitness professional who is trained to make adjustments for all abilities.
Everyone will be successful and modifications will be given throughout the class to accommodate everyone and so that everyone can be successful in seeing physical changes.
2. What if I want to join in the middle of a month?
The program is set up to begin at the start of each month, however anyone can join at any time.
Each week the workouts become progressively more challenging, but accommodations will be given in necessary.
She is a motivator and fun to be around and work out with!
She encourages you to train hard!
In addition to her workouts, she also recommended nutritional shakes and cleanses which have been an excellent compliment to losing weight within a fitness schedule.
