Exercise is essential for both physical and mental health-now more than ever! I am grateful that I don't work in a gym. I have a private studio in my home with a separate entrance. This allows me to have full control over my space. I clean and disinfect my room after each client, and will be more than happy to wear a mask during training sessions.
We put together a unique work-out routine for each clients' specific needs. Clients are able to schedule sessions at their most convenient time, and since our clients are trained individually they will not need to worry about competition with other clients. We make sure all of our clients have perfect form for each exercise in order to prevent injuries
