Mastermind Fitness
After a lifetime of of athletics and martial arts, Master Trainer Chris Resciniti created Mastermind Fitness Personal Training to help others learn how to manage their overall health and fitness. The definition of a mastermind is someone who "originates or is primarily responsible for the execution of a particular idea or project." The logo for Mastermind Fitness is a labyrinth, the ultimate symbol of confusion or adversity.

Navigating fitness takes planning and creative thinking. Taking responsibility for your own health requires a certain spirit of rebellion. Ever since I was a kid I have been an athlete. At age six I started playing ice hockey and since that moment it made me realize that physical discipline comes from the mind. You have to know what you are doing before you can do it.

So from an early age I was sort of subjected to the link between mind and body. I had to coordinate those things in order to be an effective athlete. So even before I was a trainer, sports and martial arts taught me about that link between mind and body.
