At MindSets I have one goal: To help you discover your own strength so you can see how amazingly fierce, strong and beautiful you really are - inside and out. It's time you become an expert of your own body so you're in control of your well-being. I specialize in creating long-lasting change for all women and building strong, confident, healthy bodies that you can maintain for life - from the time-strapped CEO looking to work out more consistently, to the new mom who doesn't recognize herself in the mirror anymore.

If you're already fit, I can help you push towards ambitious goals and really help you step up your game. I believe all women can change themselves and their bodies and it's my mission to ensure everyone leaves MindSets healthier, mentally and physically stronger and more confident. Yes, you are busy and yes, it's really hard to make time for yourself when you have so many other commitments - family, work, friends, household.

When you work with me, it's because you know that fitness and healthy nutrition aren't just about how you look, or losing those extra few pounds.

I have been part of the fitness world my entire life, first as a competitive gymnast and speed skater back home in East Germany, then as a U.S. based martial artist, bodybuilder, blogger and certified fitness trainer.
I fell in love with sports from a ridiculously early age, especially the confidence-boosting aspects and learned early on that physical fitness can help you actualize your goals in all areas of life.
My experiences impact the way that I teach, guide, and coach women - and my diverse fitness background helps me approach your program with genuine attention to all areas of your health and well-being.
Starting a new training program can be intimidating because there's so much to consider.
But I'm here to help you take the important first step through all the clutter and misinformation, and then keep going.
I live, eat and breathe working in partnership with my amazing clients.
Together, we'll nail your personal nutrition & fitness goals so you become the best version of yourself, inside and out.
I suggest a minimum commitment of six months.
During this time, you'll learn the fundamentals of training and nutrition and figure out how your body responds to the changes we're making.
You love to challenge yourself.
You work hard to succeed in all aspects of life.
You are willing to do what it takes to get the results you're seeking, but something's still missing.
Working on building the best butt ever (but the spin classes aren't making a real difference).
Boosting your heart rate with HIIT workouts (but it's not really helping you get the toned arms you want).
Eating healthy and even tracking your food (but you keep yo-yoing and can't get that flat stomach).
Doing other programs (but once it was over you still didn't quite know how to maintain and progress on your own).
