From professional athletes to daily fitness, Melisa and Tate have decades of experience guiding people to their fitness and athletic goals. In 2003, Melisa left her corporate career to pursue her passion for fitness. With years of athletic and fitness education on her resume, she was immediately hired at The Sports Club Los Angeles / Beverly Hills and was quickly promoted to their elite group of Advantage Trainers.
Ten years later Melisa and Tate opened 310 Fitness to realize their dream of bringing a private one-on-one training experience to their clients. Over the last 16 years, Melisa has been fortunate to work with clients of all levels and backgrounds - high level business people, an elite hockey player, a world record pilot, women with Muscular Dystrophy and Multiple Sclerosis, and more.
