CrossFit Hit & Run is a CrossFit training facility located in Memphis, TN with four locations that serve the greater Memphis area. These classes are the bread and butter of our CrossFit gym. Clients that attend these classes regularly and workout with a relatively high intensity will absolutely get fit. Each of these classes are run by a qualified coach and are structured to get clients in and out of the gym in one hour.

These workouts are well programmed, effective, and, along with adequate nutrition practices, will help most clients meet their fitness related goals. Three endurance workouts are programmed weekly and are available to Hit & Run clients via the Wodify app. These endurance workouts can be performed in addition to WODs without interfering with the rest of the week's training.

In addition to increasing endurance, they improve cardiovascular health and burn extra calories. Typically, if there is enough space, athletes can perform these endurance workouts during posted class times.

Our experienced coaches design the workouts and teach you the exercise technique you need to get a fun, safe and effective workout in under an hour.
All you have to do is show up, we take care of the rest!
We know there's a lot of bad information out there.
Everywhere you look there's a magazine reporting the latest diet fad.
Our Group Fundamentals program is a comprehensive course that covers basic CrossFit movements and methodology.
The course touches on nutrition, mobility, weightlifting, gymnastic skills, and metabolic conditioning.
This is our most comprehensive beginner course and it sets new clients up for long term success.
Throughout the course, a progressive introduction to the volume and intensity levels that are inherent in our group classes will be taught.
At the conclusion of the course, participants will have a solid understanding of safe and efficient movement patterns and will be ready to join our group classes.
Our 1-on-1 Fundamentals Program is an introductory option for potential clients that are unable to attend our Group Fundamentals course for whatever reason.
The purchase of a 1-on-1 Fundamentals Program comes with a 10-pack of classes.
Three of those 10 classes are personal training sessions.
These personal training sessions will consist of an assigned coach working closely with the new client in order to teach them the CrossFit basics that they need to know to attend our group CrossFit classes.
The program delivers fitness that is, by design, broad, general, and inclusive.
It's specialty is not specializing.
Military, police, sports, and life reward this kind of fitness and, on average, punish the specialist.
The CrossFit program is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience.
The program can be used for elderly individuals with heart disease to professional athletes preparing for their season.
In CrossFit, load and intensity are scaled to meet the demands of the individual; not the program.
If you're a competitive athlete and your diet and basic supplements are dialed in then you're ready to take some supplements that will give you an edge.
Talk to one of the coaches about what might be appropriate for you.
There are a variety of supplements that can be beneficial for a lot of people.
Not everyone has the same physiology nor the same goals.
For that reason we have a basic supplement protocol that everyone will benefit from no matter how good or bad their eating habits are.
These basic recommendations are based on the fact that most people are deficient in the vitamins, minerals or fats that we recommend.
