People may think learning golf is difficult. We believe that anyone, of any age can learn the game. It is not about the score, the swing or how you look; it's about having fun and enjoying the game for a lifetime. Golf is about taking time for yourself and we believe that taking time for yourself is imperative to your overall wellness. LINC Golf & Wellness aims to help you find that balance by combining fitness and yoga with the game of golf.

Golf is a lot like life. The faster you swing, the harder you try, the more resistance you get. But when you slow your swing and let the club do the work, the ball will go the distance. Kathleen Heiney is a Class A member of the LPGA Teaching and Club Professional Division, master fitness trainer and a certified RYT Yoga Instructor.

With a solid foundation of over 25 years experience in health and fitness, she's practiced everything from competitive golf, tennis, personal training, body building, and ski instructor for the disabled.

Whether you are a beginner or single digit handicapper, we have programs designed for all levels.
In addition, we incorporate yoga and fitness as part of all the lesson series.
You will learn the game of golf, improve your swing, and become strong and confident.
Yoga Fit FORE Golf is specifically designed for golfers.
If you want to take your game to the next level, lower your handicap, increase distance, let go of distractions and learn how to take control over your mental game then this program is for you.
You will find exercises specifically designed to improve flexibility, strength, balance and focus.
When you learn how to connect your mind/body on and off the course you will not only find inner peace with golf but in your daily lives.
My name is Jony Lucas and I'm from Denver, Colorado and this is my first time to take the golf and yoga clinic and quite frankly I can't wait for the next one.
My yoga journey began back in 2003.
Like many athletes, yoga for me was a workout.
I soon discovered I was looking for more out of my practice than just the physical.
In 2010, I walked through the doors of Kindness Yoga and discovered the part of yoga I had been looking for, as well as a wonderful community.
Because of this, I decided to pursue a 200-hour teacher training program.
I knew yoga would link well with my business of golf and wellness.
As a teacher and coach of fitness and wellness of over 30 years, teaching and practicing yoga has changed my life.
Kathleen is one of the most experienced fitness instructors I've worked with.
She helped me get back on my feet while regaining my strength and confidence after a serious health scare.
She was patient and proactive in helping me reach my goals.
As with most goals, having a partner who can hold you accountable makes obtaining that goal infinitely easier.
It's nice to talk about fitness and wellness goals but actually reaching those goals requires a commitment to letting go of old habits and changing unproductive routines.
