I didn't know how great I could feel until I joined RMFF. Since joining I have lost weight, increased muscle, gained energy and focus all while making new friends. Every gym has weights, very few have a community to help you lift them. We had an amazing experience at RMFF. From their staff to their gym members, everyone was always so warm and welcoming to our mamas.
Their front desk staff is amazing and was always willing to help hold the door open for us (which is huge considering we are trying to get through the doorway with a stroller!). Great equipment, space, and overall morale! RMFF is the most friendly & inclusive gym I've ever been to. It's become like a second home. Not only do they have every piece of equipment you can imagine (plus some you never knew existed), all the employees and trainers are out on the floor using them - leading by example.

Rocky Mountain Flex Fitness was started in November of 2015 with 2 guys and a shared dream to change the way people see fitness, and offer the solution to the most difficult, frequent, challenging, and interesting questions people have about how to become healthy and fit.
