Stonewall Performance, led by David "Dirk" Smith, utilizes exercise and sport as a channel for building strength, confidence, resilience and self identity for LGBTQI people. Athletes are people who channel their fitness into improving their own physical and mental capabilities regardless of body shape, size, color or experience. Being athletic means you are working to improve your own conditioning and capabilities to help you find your potential.
