Lark has competed at a semi-professional level in XC skiing, road cycling, and mountain biking. His passion for fitness and teaching extends back to his early days cycling, skiing, playing tennis and running in the countryside of Western Massachusetts. His certification as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist allows him to train you like a professional athlete.

Infinite Fitness boot camps are intensive 60 minute small group sessions set in Nob Hill's scenic Huntington Park, and in the Banking Hall of the Bently Reserve in the financial district Combine cardiovascular endurance, core, strength exercises, and dynamic flexibility and balanceTrain smart and safely under the close eye of a personal trainer. Increase cardiovascular endurance and perform a fitness test to establish a frame of reference for your workout routine.

Agility and balance are challenged within the framework of strength and aerobic intervals. Strength training intensifies and is combined with aerobic intervals for maximum calorie burning.
