CrossFit Explode has been a CrossFit Affiliate since 2009. The coaching staff and community at Explode is responsible for cultivating success stories ranging from CrossFit Games athletes to stay at home moms to older individuals improving quality of life. Hard work pays and results come easy when you enjoy the process! It is a dynamic, fun, fast paced class that uses mostly body weight or light weights.
