We offer both individual and group private lessons. We will create something unique for your sports teams, wedding parties and corporate events. Promotional offer applies to new TRAIN RX students and is only good for an ongoing class scheduled (excludes workshops). Your 30-days will start on the day of your first visit. Students must be at least 13 years of age to attend yoga class and 18 years of age to attend fitness classes.

Full time students with valid school ID and seniors over age 65 receive 15% discount on all class passes - must purchase in studio. Ten class passes are valid for four months from first class of package. Class passes are non refundable and cannot be shared. No extensions are offered for expired class passes.

A faster, more vigorous (but still approachable) version of our YOGA60 class designed to provide a total body workout in 30 minutes.
This class pairs perfectly with one of our 30-minute fitness classes.
In addition to deeper variations of our signature movements, this class will incorporate more advanced movements and sequences to build heat and strength.
A challenging workout combining cardiovascular, body-weight resistance, high intensity and endurance based (light) weight training movements.
This class is designed to get your heart pumping, firming and toning your entire body.
This class is 60-minutes.
A fast-paced and fun 30-minute class with a focus on toning and strengthening the entire core, including upper and lower abs, obliques and lower back.
Take our 60-minute RXFit60 class and cut it in half!
You will still get a challenging workout with a focus on toning your entire, but will be in and out in 30-minutes.
Julie has a passion for life.
She has completed 10 half marathons, is proficient in crossfit, she cultivates a way-too-big vegetable garden, heck she even dabbles in golf.
But above all else, she has a passion for yoga.
Julie believes that yoga students are some of the most inspiring athletes she has seen.
Yes, yogis are athletes.
Through her experience as a teacher and seeing yogis of all ages and varieties, she has seen her students overcome fear and gain confidence on a weekly basis.
Julie hopes that TrainRX provides a space where students can come and not only continue to grow their yoga practice, but also expand their fitness to incorporate an overall healthier lifestyle.
Join Marigold from High Vibe Massage and Julie from YogaRX for 75 minutes of sweet movement, breath work and hands-on healing.
Julie will lead you through a satisfying vin-yin deepening your prana with full body twists & stretching, while Marigold adjusts you.
