I entered the doors over a year ago as a person who built a successful career, but was out of shape and in a body that was starting to fail because of it. With your mentorship I established new priorities in my life. They were harder than I expected, but through it, I have shed 18 pounds, a healthier back, and sleep better. I walk around with more positivity knowing that I am healthier.

In short, I can't begin to say how impactful the LNF staff has been in my life. The one biggest change I have seen in myself due to personal training is an increase in my endurance and range of motion. I am able to do the activities of daily living more easily. Starting at Lincoln Nutrition & Fitness has changed my life. The support I have had with Coach Emily with nutrition and starting with personal training with Coach Paul got me the best results.

I can't imagine where I would be right now without them.
