My fitness journey started just like many of my clients.
The fact that I could no longer bend over to tie my shoes I knew I needed to make a change.
Fast forward 70 lbs later, my love for fitness gave me the drive to become a Personal Trainer to help people who were just starting the same journey I had been on.
I have been teaching for over 10 years.
It's easy to say that it is my passion, but it is so much more than that.
Not only do I practice what I preach, fitness is also my love AND my hobby.
Bootcamp: A class that is a combination of body weight exercises with interval training, strength training, and cardio.
You will never do the exact same workout and will burn tons of calories.
Class is held either inside or outside, depending on the weather.
This class is for all fitness levels and modifications can be made any move.
Butt & Gut Bootcamp: Light to NO cardio!
Strengthen and define your core, reshape and build your booty with a variety of exercises that will have every muscle in your body burning using weights, bands, and balls in a Bootcamp format (light to no cardio)!
This 4 week program will keep you on track and hold you, your workout and your calories/macros accountable.
This 8 week program will keep you on track and hold you, your workout and your calories/macros accountable.
You will have access to LP FITNESS VIRTUAL MEMBERSHIP page; a private paid Facebook page for the LP FITNESS community with workouts.
This 12 week process will keep you on track and hold you, your workout (and your calories/macros) accountable.
