At IRONBOURNE FITNESS we train in the realm of functional fitness focusing specifically on foundational movements that are common in everyday life.
Functional Fitness Training is a lifestyle characterized by safe, effective exercise and sound nutrition.
It can be used to accomplish any goal, from improved health to weight loss to better performance.
The program works for everyone; people who are just starting out to people who have trained for years - the only difference is load and intensity.
A key element that makes this type of training so successful is that the workouts are different each day (constantly varied) to keep your body guessing.
The Unlimited membership option includes unlimited Functional Fitness Training (FT60), Olympic Lifting (Oly Skills) and NextGen Bootcamp (UpLift) classes, as well as an option for Open Gym.
Full access to all Functional Fitness Training (FT60), Olympic Lifting (Oly Skills) and NextGen Bootcamp (UpLift) classes.
Allows you to attend any three classes per week: Functional Fitness FT60, Olympic Lifting (Oly Skills) and NextGen Bootcamp (UpLift).
Unlimited UpLift (NextGen Bootcamp) classes on the monthly plan or $75 for a punch card ($7.50 per session).
