Liz Dworkin is a National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer who is passionate about designing exercise and nutrition plans to improve fitness, maximize workout efficiency, boost stamina and improve the overall well being of her clients. Fitness drives me to be a better person each and every day, and in return it has helped me to become the best personal trainer I can be.
Helping someone perform a new movement, reach a new goal, or hit a personal record gives me the most rewarding feeling.
