HELLO I am an in-home personal trainer. I am excited to take my passion for fitness and years of experience and help you to make changes in your health and fitness level. I offer affordable professional in-home personal training or on-line training. I serve the Central Florida area including: Orlando, Lake Nona, Winter Park, Altamonte, Lake Mary, Apopka, Winter Garden, Ocoee, Windermere, Clermont, Kissimmee, 4 Corners, Hunters Creek, Poinciana, Reunion, Champions Gate and more.
WHAT CAN I DO FOR YOU: I come right to you with all the equipment for a great workout! I will train you in your home (does not take a lot of room), community gym, or outside. I will use my expertise to motivate you, push you, and help you to change your body and see the progress which you want. I will push you at your level to tone up, feel better, gain energy, feel stronger and look better.
HOW MANY TIMES SHOULD YOU WORKOUT PER WEEK: I recommend that you work out 3 to 5 times per week. Consistency is the key to success.

As I progressed in strength and conditioning she increased the intensity of the workouts.
When I injured myself while motorcycle riding, Susan tailored exercises so that I still had a great workout while allowing my injury to heal.
In the beginning I was apprehensive to begin sessions with a personal trainer.
