Our fitness program combines the most effective training methods of Weightlifting, Gymnastics, and High Intensity Cardio. Established in 2008, CrossFit New Hampshire was the first CrossFit gym in the state. With over 10 years experience, the original founder, Samy, is still around, bringing new ideas mixed with old school methodologies to keep our community progressing.

With backgrounds in personal training, sport specific coaching (gymnastics), program development for both military and youth training along with multiple CrossFit certifications (CF-L1, CF-L2, Adaptive athlete, Endurance trainer, Exercise Science, Football, Gymnastics, Kettlebell, Kids, Nutrition, Rowing and Weightlifting), USA Weightlifting (Level 1), Tactical Athlete (Level 1&2) our coaches bring knowledge from many different areas.

The drop-in policy applies to experienced CrossFitters only (i.e know how to scale workouts, be familiar with common CrossFit movements).

The On-Ramp course runs two days a week (Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5:15pm) for three weeks and involves intensive instruction on foundational movements and principals integral to CrossFit.
This introductory program is designed to familiarize you with the CrossFit exercises/movements that appear in the daily workout.
We provide an additional emphasis on establishing a strong base for general physical preparedness.
