Route 20 Fitness is a fitness and fat loss workout program that includes resistance training, cardio endurance, motivation and accountability. We designed our program to get you the body that you want as quickly and safely as possible, all in a fun and non-intimidating atmosphere. Unlike working one-on-one with a personal trainer, our workout programs are done in a group setting.

Everyone of every fitness level is welcome at Route 20 Fitness and our Boot Camp workouts can be tailored to any individuals specific needs while still having the support network and fun atmosphere of a group setting. Best of all, our group setting keeps the cost of the program affordable compared to private one-on-one personal training sessions. Every workout session is led by an experienced, certified personal trainer and is designed to be fun, supportive and challenging.
Services
Bootcamp: Our Boot Camp classes are a total body, heart pumping, aerobic and strength conditioning workout.
The combo of full-body strength training with high intensity cardio bursts is designed to tone your body, improve your endurance and leave you feeling great!
Modifications for almost all fitness levels can be provided.
Xpress Camp: Our awesome Boot Camp workout sped up to really get you moving and out in the morning in only half a hour!.
Instructional Class: This class is optional and offered after out mandatory orientation for new members.
This event will be held outdoors (rain or shine) and food and water will be available!
Masks are NOT required during the outdoor workouts, but please have them with you to be worn during check in and if entering the facility.
