I'm a Bay area mom who endured a birth injury postpartum and never thought my body would feel back to normal ever again! Well, you can take your power back and regain control over the function of your body, lady bits included! After being diagnosed with my birth injury, I succeeded in rehabilitating myself back with the help of pelvic floor therapists, my own fitness knowledge and lots of self-love!

You can do it too! My commitment is supporting you to keep it together physically and emotionally through education. No female topics are foreign to me and I'm an open book ready to listen to your story whether you're currently postpartum or even years post-birth. You'll receive an adapted exercise program personalized to your needs, whatever the focus: Prolapse, Diastis Recti, Incontinence, or just wanting to lose weight and get fit!

Switching from in-person to virtual, Alisandra has kept it challenging and fun, with a variety of exercises, including weight training.
We have actually increased our sessions from 2 to 3 times a week and find Alisandra's expertise and cheery approach both therapeutic and motivating.
