RISE is a barre and fitness studio in Lower Gwynedd, PA, that offers low impact, high intensity barre classes set to upbeat music in a total body workout format that anyone can do. Since having my daughter 3 months ago, RISE has given me my confidence back. I always leave feeling great and every instructor is awesome and works with you to be the best that you can be.

In this 60-minute class, RISE Barre combines elements of pilates, yoga, ballet, and strength training for the ultimate full body workout.
Classes are designed to target your core, arms, thighs, and glutes by focusing on small isometric movements with high repetition, followed by stretching to create a toned, fit, and lean body.
Prepare to sweat, shake, and have fun!
For the cardio lover, a 60-minute amped-up version of our RISE Barre class infused with cardio series designed to boost the heart rate, make you sweat, and keep you burning calories long after class is over!
Classes are designed to target your core, arms, thighs, and glutes by focusing on small isometric movements with high repetition, followed by stretching to create a toned, fit, and lean body.
Prepare to sweat, shake, and have fun!

Our individual programs are designed to empower our clients to reach their goals by making sustainable choices and changes over time as it relates to their health and wellness.
Each of our programs begins with a free 15 minute consultation with our Certified Holistic Health Coach, Meg MacDonald, to determine which program may work best for the client based on their health history, lifestyle and goals.
From there, we offer one month, three month and six month programs based on the needs and goals of the client.
