ALL of our coaches and athletes undergo a 4 week course which empowers them to set and work towards achieving goals not only in their fitness but in the 4 other categories of life. Our ideal program set up is tailored for each athlete as a supplement, to be paired with any general or competitive templated program they are already involved in. Whats the purpose of this?
Our athletes have found the key to being at peace inside and outside the gym, join the growing community. It's been a few years (8) and a few kids (2) since I worked out. Tarsus and their coaches have been exactly what I need. They have given me skills, technical training, and confidence. I'm not afraid to monitor my progress (anymore) and have seen incredible gains.
I wholly endorse Nathan and Matthew as coaches because they are both incredible. We also have a ton of fun at every class, which I never would have associated with fitness before a few months ago. Seriously, give them a shot.

We believe that the fitness industry WILL be transformed into one that is RECOGNIZED BY ALL to be filled with men and women who worship Jesus face to face.
Upon laboring in this transformation, we once felt God's hear when he impressed on us that He would not impose His will from the OUTSIDE as though He was unwanted.
But that God would release His Spirit and transform this industry when he heard the cry of His people from WITHIN the industry!
This sparked our desire to see many things, one of which is 5,000 men and women in prayer daily to the Lord.
Upon laboring in this transformation, we once felt God's hear when he impressed on us that He would not impose His will from the OUTSIDE as though He was unwanted.
