Alex has been a member at Override literally since day 1. Looking back I'm pretty sure he came down while we were still finishing up the build out to say what's up and check out the gym. If anyone ever needs a partner for a rowing or bike workout Alex is definitely. Ian owns his own business (guitar lessons if anyone's trying to become the next Jimmy Hendrix).
Since the day Ian joined he was the type of person you knew was going to do well. His attention to detail and work ethic are something we can all strive for and his. Robert started out as the one of the lone males in our 6am group and ohh you betcha the ladies put him through the ringer. Yet he weathered the storm, stuck it out and now is one of the majority.
Growing up playing sports all her life, Lindsay really gravitated towards CrossFit and has been a special member at Override since day one. As she puts it: I played sports most of my life until about half way through college. After that I continued to go to the gym. Meg is another superstar on the Override team and a huge part of our community.

CrossFit was perfect for us, each day brought out a new skill to master and workouts soon turned into mini competitions between the three of us.
As things progressed, this hour a day workout with friends in our garage, quickly grew into something much more.

After graduation, I began interning at Integrated Athletic Performance as a trainer and that is where I ultimately found CrossFit.
Growing up in athletics my entire life, it was only right that I pursued a career in fitness.
Exercising is something that has helped shape me (physically and mentally) into the person I am today.
I was immediately drawn into CrossFit because it was something new, and different.
What I like about it most is there is ALWAYS something to work on.
