You are just minutes away from putting yourself on the path to getting the body that you want and deserve. I'd like to welcome you to my personal trainer site where you and I will begin to work together in forging a new body and outlook on fitness! My focus and specialty is "body re-composition." While I will take on clients with any fitness related goal, the area I excel in is changing the body fat to muscle ratio.

Creating a brand new shape out of the same body.remolding.reinventing. I do this through personal training, group exercise programs, or a combination of both. Please take a moment to look at some of my client before and after photos, as well as, read the testimonials. My name is Chris Tolp, and I am very excited for the opportunity to assist you in achieving your fitness goals!

I know you are anxious to get started creating a new body, so I kept it very brief.
Having been in the fitness industry for twenty five years, I have been a certified personal trainer since 1996.
I hold personal training certifications through the NSCA (National Strength and Conditioning Association), and ACE (The American Council on Exercise).
I studied and graduated from the prestigious Body Therapy institute in Siler City, NC, and I am a former North Carolina state licensed massage and bodywork therapist (#10406).
My client centered one-on-one private training sessions are by far the most effective in terms of producing rapid, goal specific results.
There is no "virtual" program in the world that can replicate what a talented, qualified, experienced personal trainer can do, regardless of the goal.
In my private fitness studio, you and I will sit down for a consultation that will last approximately 20 minutes.
This will give us time to get to know each other, discuss your goals, and my training options.
Not only will this provide me with the necessary information to formulate a fitness program geared toward your individual body, but it will give you the opportunity to see if you like me!
My fun and exciting Dynamic Human groups are a unique total body conditioning program for men and women.
This program is focused on a wide variety of athletic, human, and animal based movements, infused with strength and cardiovascular intervals.
My classes are essentially group personal training sessions that allow me to ensure all of my clients are getting 100% of my attention, executing proper exercise form and working at their maximum level.
Forget what you have experienced in previously attended strength, cardio, or cross-training groups.
