I've been taking the cardio kickboxing class for a month an half now and have lost 30lbs.
This class is fun exciting and you won't even feel the 45 minutes of workout. I personally would recommend this to anyone trying to loose some weight or better themselves and try to make a definite change in their life. My son in involved in their Martial Arts program and let me tell you he not only loves it, but I have seen a big improvement and he has become more focused.
Something else I love is when I need someone to help straight him out when he needs it, they are right behind you. My son has always been responsible, respectful and helpful, but he's even more so now. Thank you so much to the staff at Villatoro Bushido Martial Arts, you guys are awesome.
