Chris has an extensive background teaching good health to those who are looking for improvements in general health and weight loss. Pure Living Fitness has afforded Chris an opportunity to work with college and professional athletes and he has also assisted physical therapy patients.

Bootcamp for Teens is a unique fitness program, with proven results, that focuses on creating healthy lifestyle changes through training and eating the Fitness Way.
Exercises will be performed by training in an interval style, with your heart rate racing up to 80% Max Capacity, followed by 30-second active rest periods.
Chris Garcia designed the routines to keep your body in a state of "muscle confusion."
This is not simply another exercise group or boot camp where you work out and then are forgotten until the next hour session starts.
At this time, it is especially important to continue training with a skilled, experienced professional who understands the therapeutic process.
I will work within your physical therapist's guidelines, as well as your level of comfort, to ensure that you retain and regain the highest possible level of functioning during and after the repairing process.
