All the instructors are extremely kind and helpful, they really know how to teach and keep it fun. I highly recommend 5th Element! Coaches and staff are beyond amazing! Family friendly and the gym takes you in as family and are more then happy to work with you! Great coaches, super knowledgeable! Really fair pricing and best of all a REALLY great group of people.
