The Cobra, is a great postural exercise to help increase shoulder mobility, specifically external rotation.
It will help realign the shoulder girdle & entire rotator cuff.
It also strengthens your entire core!
This exercise is best used for athletic explosion while using proper rotation of the hips & spine.
It is mainly an athletic movement, but slowed down can be used as a corrective exercise for proper rotational patterns.
