At Mike West Fitness, our goal is to provide you with the resources to achieve a more balanced, fulfilling and engaged life, physically and mentally. Exercise is only one part of that. Proper satisfying nutrition and insightful information are equally important. Our personal training experience dates back from 2000 and is certified through NASM, APEX, AFAA, and NCEP.

We are very knowledgeable about the latest fitness techniques as well as trains athletes in sport-specific training, Powerlifiting, Bodybuilding, Fitness/Figure competition, StrongMan, and Bootcamp style training. With all this experience and training, Mike West and his staff is more than qualified to assist you in reaching your fitness goals.

Here at Mike West Fitness we are now leasing space at the most affordable rent in the whole Bay Area.
We are we all know rents are sky-high and If you're a trainer training at a chain gym i know your use to having to hit numbers every month you know the goal sheet.
We know this because most of us all worked in many chain gyms and know how it works.
But what i'm offering to you is why give them 2,3 or even 4k a month when all that can go directly to you.

I met Mike West back in 2012.
I was a walk in and began personal training with Mike, and within a few months I was in the best shape I had ever been in.
Unfortunately, life happens, and I drifted away from the fitness lifestyle.
Knowing it was time for a change, I knew going back with Mike West would help me achieve my fitness goals as well as maintain a much healthier lifestyle.
Training with mike can bring out the competitive output of any individual, and currently I am weighing in at 236 pounds.
