Our schedule is flexible, sessions are one hour max, and you only have to attend three days a week to see amazing results!. All Steele Fitness is a personal training studio offering one-on-one private training, semi-private training, and small group training. Owners Chance and Heather have over 18 years of personal training experience and education between them.
