Services
We are currently in search of a part-time front desk/customer service employee for evenings and weekends.
The main responsibility of the front desk staff is to greet each person with a smile to make them feel welcome, happy and part of the ANCHOR family.
We strive to give everyone the best experience possible.
Candidate must have a flexible schedule.
Need to be available weekends, early mornings and evenings to teach classes, assist with special events, and personal train clients.
ANCHOR life + fitness offers group fitness classes with an individualized approach to help clients achieve their health and wellness goals.
Our fitness class capacity is up to 12 students.
These classes incorporate Kettlebells, Ropes, Barbells, TRX, and Concept 2 Rowing machines to build strength, improve endurance, and burn calories.
We also offer one-on-one personal training sessions for those who want a little more individualized attention.
ANCHOR life + fitness specializes in youth sports and team training.
Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing.
Reiki is "Universal Energy."
Allow yourself to be relaxed and find a sense of calmness.
This state of relaxation allows the internal energy to flow freely.
As the life energy is free-flowing, the risk or chance of sickness is decreased.
Come enjoy the complete mind, body, spirit experience and allow your body to feel a complete state of relaxation.
Some benefits of reiki include relieving stress, clears emotional blocks, balances chakras, pain relief, helps with depression and anxiety, and supports overall healing of mind and body.
The Active Recovery program at ANCHOR life + fitness provides a well-rounded, individualized approach to fitness, wellness, and stress reduction in order to restore balance and functionality to the mind and body.
This keeps us feeling better, moving better, and helps keep us injury-free.
Active recovery is often considered more beneficial than inactivity, resting completely, or sitting.
It keeps the blood flowing and help muscles recover and rebuild from intense physical activity.

We offer massage and bodywork services to help you attain your health goals.
