My name is Kristy Virsack and I'm a Certified Professional Health and Wellness Coach. I've been heavily involved in fitness, nutrition and overall well-being for the larger portion of my life. I am a health and fitness lover but first and foremost a mom. I have the desire to inspire others in need and the passion to help. I provide one-on-one health coaching, personal training and workout programs customized to your goals.
Kristy took the time to create a nutritional plan, including helping me in my journey to eat a more plant-based diet. Since I'm breast feeding, she also made sure I was eating enough of everything I need to keep my milk supply where it needs to be. The results? I've lost 20 pounds in 2 months and feel so much better about my health and well-being!
