It all started on a mushroom farm in a spare bay, throwing weights around and getting fitter. There's nothing like working out with friends. That sentiment evolved into What if we opened a CrossFit gym? We could work out with friends every day and build an awesome place to do it! In 2013 CrossFit Wheelhouse was born. Since then, we've met thousands of people including the original members, new members and through fitness competitions, fundraisers and charity events and they've all shared a few commonalities.

CrossFitters are highly motivated individuals typically interested in the betterment of their peers as well as themselves. This community is amazing. We love seeing people get better, improve and surprise themselves. It's been happening for the last 7 years and we're just getting started! Welcome. What's in your wheelhouse?
Services
If you're just starting up, we recommend coming three days/week for your first couple weeks, then build to four, then five.
Once you're up to five days per week, we recommend building in two recovery days per week.
The very first thing you will discover is that CrossFit does not discriminate.
Whether you are young at heart, or have just completed your 50th marathon, or are recovering from injury or healing a broken heart, whether walking the dog is the only exercise you've had in years, or you're someone training for the Iditarod.
During this time, we'll welcome you, provide a quick gym tour, then sit down and talk about the next step.
If you choose, we will have you do a short workout so we can set some benchmarks and assess where you are.
