In any situation, the personal training partnership goes beyond the one hour session.

Private, Semi-Private, Virtual or Small Group Training: Focus includes resistance, flexibility, agility, and balance, with optional review of diet and other habits.
Others know they won't commit unless they have an appointment with a trainer.
Some want a program to perform on their own or to have their form evaluated to prevent injury.
In any situation, the personal training partnership goes beyond the one hour session.
What do you need?
Private, Semi-Private, Virtual or Small Group Training: Focus includes resistance, flexibility, agility, and balance, with optional review of diet and other habits.
Whether you are looking for personalized workouts presented by your Trainer to use when you are able, or if you want the Trainer to interact with you during the session to make corrections and modifications for you in real time, we have the service for you.
Even if you don't have a full gym set-up at home, a few small purchases on your own will be all you'll need.

55-minute sessions become established with regular attendance by both participants for four or more consecutive weeks.
Once established, if a partner plans to miss a session, the semi-private rate will be charged if the remaining participant is open to another partner for that session.
We will look for a suitable partner for you.
Half Semi-Private sessions must have both participants present for the shared rate to apply.
If one partner is consistently absent from scheduled sessions, the PhysiCore Trainer may ask the remaining partner to convert the slot to a private session with the applicable rate difference applied unless the partner is present.
Once established, if a partner plans to miss a session, the semi-private rate will be charged if the remaining participant is open to another partner for that session.
We will look for a suitable partner for you.
