Welcome to Tysons City Boxing, your professional boxing gym in Vienna, VA. We teach many classes with an emphasis on conditioning, strength, training, mixed martial arts techniques, and meditation, as well as yoga practices to promote both physical and mental well-being. Train alongside like-minded people who have fun and feel refreshed after a long day. We provide free classes for new customers and if you end up enjoying it, the fee is $79 per month with no contract and no enrollment fees.

I'm not sure how this place doesn't have tons of reviews but I'll gladly be the first.
I've just completed my second class here and I love the studio already and will be back again tomorrow for my third.
The kickboxing class is good for all levels but if you haven't been to a kickboxing class before, you may need further demonstration but you should be good otherwise.
The strength and conditioning class is really good for just that, gaining strength and conditioning your body.
The trainers are all encouraging as well.
