To provide the world's most effective health and fitness training. CrossFit Route 7 strives to provide a community that is healthy, strong and vital, where participants have the courage to live outside the "normal" belief that health, fitness and vitality must decline with age. We strive to motivate unprecedented output from our members. I've always seen exercise as a reward.

There's people that have some kind of handicap that does not allow for physical activity who would be. As someone with a competitive spirit who did not grow up playing sports, CrossFit was exactly what I was looking for and needed in my life. Athlete, Steve Marcelino joined CrossFit Route 7 a little over two years ago and he has seen tremendous improvement in his strength and fitness!
Services
We are a CrossFit dedicated gym in the heart of Tysons Corner in Vienna, VA (just one block from the Spring Hill metro station on the new Silver Line).
The CrossFit Route 7 (CFR7) team has always had a passion for sports, health and fitness.
Our gym and workout programs are completely designed around driving results for our members.
CrossFit coaches lead members through an hour long workout of the day (WOD), coaching athletes on technique and encouraging you to work hard.
We provide the best in fitness training, coaching and programming for all fitness levels (our workouts are scalable so everyone can be challenged and get fit).
We love being part of the greater CrossFit community and we look forward to your visit as we welcome drop-ins from around the world to experience our excellent coaching!
Our drop-in policy is outlined below:.
Accepted methods of payment: Cash, Venmo [email protected] or PayPal [email protected] (please send with no fees or add 10% to the drop-in rate).
Please email [email protected] notifying us of when you plan to drop-in (if you forget to do this or give short notice, you're still welcome to pop in; however notification is helpful for our coaching team).
Our 7-Fit program is the best way to get started at our gym.
We offer multiple membership plans and you can get started immediately with the plan of your choice.
If you would like to join our CrossFit program, you must first complete our Foundations program.
We offer a monthly Foundations course, a one on one private Foundations course or you may take the group Foundations course at our sister gym Ballston CrossFit.
After successful completion of CrossFit Foundations, you are now able to enroll in the group CrossFit Classes (our Workout of the Day).

It is scalable in all aspects making it the perfect fitness regime for any committed individual regardless of experience.
All of our CrossFit workouts are based on functional movements, the core movements of life.

Our one hour full body workout specializes in intense cardio with fat blasting light weight training exercises that will surely improve fitness, your body composition and confidence.
Before CrossFit (CF), I spent most of my free time running.
I had finished several 50-100+ mile trail races, and I figured I was in fairly good shape.
After meeting Daniela, we would occasionally work out together, and she would always smoke me.
I did not realize it at the time, but that was my first real experience with a CF style Metcon.
It was hard on my ego, but it was a humbling realization that I was not as fit as I thought I was.
I did a free CF workout with her once, and I remember feeling like I was going to pass out just from doing burpees over a dumbbell in a workout that was less than 20 minutes long.
