Periodically we hold nutrition challenges for our athletes to dip their toe into getting better results out of their efforts in the gym by exploring nutritional adjustments.

Each clinic consists of four 1 hour and 15 minute sessions, spread over a period of four weeks, during which the participant is taught the various technique elements of the lifts through both lecture and drills.
