This online program will provide remote high quality, personalized fitness instructional support with a focus on your selected goals. We will maintain open communication via conference calls, emails, etc. to ensure continuous coaching and focus on your personally designed program. If a Personal Trainer Suspects that one of their clients has a medical condition that may prevent a client from safe participation in exercise programs, they must refer the client to the proper health professional for prior clearance.
