CrossTown CrossFit is more than a gym, it is a community of knowledge and support to help you achieve your fitness goals. We offer fun, safe and effective one hour fitness classes to challenge and prepare you to be fit for life. In every class we go over all movements throughly and coach you personally. We strive to make you better at moving before we add intensity.
Our coaches are there to scale or modify every class for your specific workout needs. With over 5000 sq feet of space, we offer you a great environment to reach fitness levels you never dreamed of. Crosstown is the best! I joined about 10 months ago and I've been hooked since day one. The workouts are challenging and fun. The gym is spacious and clean and offer plenty of classes throughout the day so it's easy to find a time to go.

Each day will be an adventure.
Jumping jacks, push ups, rope swings, cart wheels on top of functional movements to teach kids coordination and strength basics.
This class is fun and safe to set your child on a lifetime path of fitness.

1 Hour group class that includes : group warm up, mobility, coaching through movements of the day, WOD and cool down.
If you would like personalized workouts our staff are eager to help you with your training.
