The WARRIOR FITNESS PROGRAM is a system of training based on my education and testing of several different types of methodologies over the past 17 years. I take the most beneficial elements from each system and roll them into one solid training system. Some of the methodologies we incorporate come from Gymnastics, Kettlebell Training, Sprinters, Calisthenics, Military Fitness, Martial Arts, as well as from some of the greatest minds ever to grace the industry.

My commitment is to utilize my vast knowledge and adapt it to your personal training needs to help you achieve your goals and ideal lifestyle. We can't wait to help you achieve your goals.

As a young kid growing up here in Southern California I was always very active.
I participated in competitive sports, primarily soccer, for about 9 years until I was a freshman in High School.
Freshman year I played football for my high school as a wide receiver.
Upon graduating from High School I made the decision to join the United States Marine Corps.
Best decision I ever made.
Fitness was obviously a very important part of the military.
This is the point in which my true quest in the fitness industry started.

This class accepts 8-10 students per time slot.
This class focuses on the development of skilled movements to produce a stable, strong and powerful body.
You will be brought through a series of progressions for each movement allowing you to make consistent and steady improvements over time.
It also allows for each member to start at the level that is BEST FOR THEM.
Because of the uniqueness of each human body and each of our own specific body type & lifestyle habits, it's easy to understand why personal training is both popular and effective.
I believe personal training services should be utilized by everyone.
Whether you are starting to workout again after a layoff or decide on new goals.
I even recommend it for people that are interested in group training programs.
This will allow you to assess your current situation (Both physical and lifestyle), set realistic goals based on your assessment, and learn proper posture and techniques for your program.
Not just nutrition, but PROPER NUTRITION.
When your eating habits are not up to par you will carry more body fat than you would like, you will not feel that great (yeah I know you think you feel fine right now), your physical performance will suffer, and you will predispose yourself to a wide variety of typical diseases caused by a western diet.
There are several factors that optimize your health including all of the 5 pillars in the Real World fitness System (Balanced Physical Training, Nutrition, Stress Management, Sleep, Play Time).
This option is great for the person who is looking for all around athletic skill development, weight loss, and general conditioning.
This option lets you train with a group of 8 or less dedicated people.
Private training is a great option for people who have specific goals they want to address or do not feel comfortable training in a group environment.
Private training sessions will include all assessments, goal setting, program design, accountability standards, and specific or general skill development.
